Thank you for breaking with TK Sports Cards! Please review the following rules before purchasing a team or spot in one of our breaks. By purchasing a break spot or team, you acknowledge and agree to these Break Rules & Terms.

Break Purchases

All break purchases are final once the break begins. Please verify the break, team, spot, product, and quantity before completing your purchase.

Purchasing a team or spot does not guarantee that you will receive a card, hit, autograph, memorabilia card, numbered card, or card of any particular value. Breaks involve unopened trading-card products, and the contents are determined by the manufacturer.

Break Schedule

Break dates and approximate start times will be listed in the product description whenever possible. Start times may be delayed due to circumstances such as the break not filling, livestream issues, product delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

If a break cannot take place as scheduled, TK Sports Cards may reschedule the break and will communicate updated information when appropriate.

Team & Spot Assignments

For Pick Your Team (PYT) breaks, you receive the team you purchased.

For Random Team, Random Division, Draft, or other randomized breaks, assignments will be determined using the method stated in the break description or announced during the livestream.

Once randomization has been completed, assignments are final.

Card Ownership

Cards are awarded based on the team represented on the card, not necessarily the player's current team.

For cards featuring players from multiple teams, ownership will be determined by the break format. If multiple break participants have a claim to the card, TK Sports Cards may use a randomization to determine the recipient.

For retired players, relocated franchises, defunct teams, collegiate cards, or cards where the appropriate team is unclear, TK Sports Cards will use the team/franchise affiliation reasonably represented by the card and/or the manufacturer's checklist when applicable.

Multiplayer & Multi-Team Cards

Cards featuring multiple players belonging to different purchased teams will be randomized among the eligible team owners unless otherwise stated before the break.

If one customer owns the majority or all eligible teams represented on a card, TK Sports Cards may award the card directly to that customer according to the rules announced for that break.

Panini Points, Redemptions & Similar Items

Manufacturer redemption cards generally go to the team/player represented by the redemption.

Panini Points, Wild Cards, or other items without a clearly assigned team may be randomized among eligible participants in the break unless otherwise stated.

Redemption fulfillment, expiration dates, substitutions, and manufacturer decisions are the responsibility of the applicable manufacturer after the redemption is received.

Shipping

Cards from your break will be packaged and shipped to the address provided with your order. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Cards may be combined with other eligible TK Sports Cards orders when appropriate.

Reasonable care will be taken when handling and packaging cards. Factory defects, print lines, centering, surface issues, damaged cards, missing hits, or other manufacturer-related issues are outside the control of TK Sports Cards.

Cancellations & Refunds

Requests to cancel a break purchase before the break begins will be handled at the discretion of TK Sports Cards based on the circumstances and whether the spot can reasonably be resold.

Once a break has begun, break purchases are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Not receiving a card or receiving cards worth less than the purchase price is not, by itself, grounds for a refund.

If TK Sports Cards cancels a break and does not reschedule it, affected purchases will be refunded.

Livestream & Recording

Breaks may be livestreamed and/or recorded on platforms used by TK Sports Cards. The livestream or recording may be used to help document the opening, randomization, and distribution of cards.

Technical interruptions may occasionally occur. If an interruption occurs, TK Sports Cards will make reasonable efforts to preserve the integrity of the break and resume the stream.

Card Condition

TK Sports Cards does not guarantee the condition or grade of cards pulled from sealed products. Cards can have manufacturer defects or imperfections straight from the pack.

No guarantee is made that any card will receive a particular grade from PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC, or another grading service.

Agreement

By purchasing a team or spot in a TK Sports Cards break, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to these Break Rules & Terms and understand the inherent uncertainty involved in opening sealed trading-card products.
