Raw Cards Are Sold AS-IS

All raw/ungraded trading cards are sold AS-IS and in their current condition. Unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual product listing, TK Sports Cards does not assign or guarantee a numerical grade to raw cards.

Raw cards may contain imperfections including, but not limited to, surface scratches, print lines, dimples, dents, indentations, roller marks, factory lines, edge wear, corner wear, whitening, centering issues, print defects, discoloration, foil imperfections, scratches, or other manufacturing or handling defects.

The presence or discovery of an imperfection does not mean that a card was misrepresented if the card and its condition were reasonably depicted or disclosed in the listing.

Buyer Is Responsible for Reviewing Photos

The buyer is responsible for carefully reviewing all photographs and the complete product description before purchasing.

Photographs are considered part of the item's description and are intended to show the actual card being purchased unless the listing specifically states otherwise.

Card condition is inherently subjective. Differences in opinion regarding centering, corners, edges, surfaces, eye appeal, or overall condition do not by themselves establish that an item was incorrectly described.

No Guarantee of Professional Grade

TK Sports Cards makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the grade a raw card may receive from a third-party grading company.

This includes, but is not limited to, PSA, BGS/Beckett, SGC, CGC, TAG, or any other grading or authentication service.

A card described as clean, excellent, near mint, mint, gradeable, or similar terminology, if such terminology is used, does not constitute a promise or guarantee of a particular numerical grade.

A buyer's decision to submit a card for grading is made at the buyer's own discretion and expense.

TK Sports Cards is not responsible for grading fees, authentication fees, shipping costs to or from a grading company, grading turnaround times, grading results, upcharges, or differences of opinion between the buyer, TK Sports Cards, and a grading company.

Grading Results Are Not Grounds for a Refund

Receiving a lower grade than anticipated from PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC, TAG, or another grading company does not by itself make a raw card defective, damaged, or misrepresented and is not, by itself, grounds for a refund or return.

For example, purchasing a raw card and subsequently receiving a PSA 8 or PSA 9 when the buyer hoped for a PSA 10 does not establish that the card was improperly described at the time of sale.

Manufacturer & Factory Defects

Trading cards are mass-produced collectibles. TK Sports Cards does not manufacture the cards sold on this website and cannot control defects originating during production, packaging, distribution, or printing.

Manufacturer defects may include print lines, dimples, roller marks, centering issues, surface defects, damaged edges or corners, missing or imperfect foil, print defects, and similar production issues.

Where appropriate, buyers may need to contact the applicable manufacturer regarding manufacturer-damaged cards.

Card Value Is Not Guaranteed

Trading-card values fluctuate based on market conditions, player performance, supply and demand, grading results, population reports, collector interest, and numerous other factors.

TK Sports Cards does not guarantee that a card will maintain or increase in value after purchase.

The price paid for a card does not constitute a representation of its future market value.

Returns & Refunds

Except where otherwise stated in TK Sports Cards' applicable return policy, returns will not be accepted solely because of buyer's remorse, a difference of opinion regarding condition, a change in market value, or an unfavorable third-party grading result.

Claims involving an incorrect item, material listing error, or damage occurring during shipment will be handled in accordance with the store's applicable policies and applicable law.

Buyers should retain the original card, packaging, shipping materials, and documentation if reporting a shipping-related issue.

Nothing in these terms is intended to waive or restrict any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

Alteration After Delivery

TK Sports Cards cannot guarantee the condition of a card after it has been delivered and handled by the purchaser or another party.

Any damage, alteration, cleaning, pressing, trimming, restoration, modification, submission to a grading company, removal from protective packaging, or other handling occurring after delivery may affect the card's condition.

TK Sports Cards is not responsible for deterioration or damage occurring after delivery due to handling, storage, environmental conditions, shipping to another party, or third-party grading/authentication services.

Shipping & Delivery

Cards are packaged using reasonable protective measures appropriate for trading cards.

Once an order is delivered, buyers should inspect the shipment promptly and report any alleged shipping damage or incorrect item in accordance with TK Sports Cards' applicable return/refund policy.

Photographs of the card, packaging, shipping container, and shipping label may be requested when investigating a claim.

Authenticity

TK Sports Cards makes reasonable efforts to sell authentic trading cards. When a card has been professionally authenticated or graded, the applicable grading/authentication company will be identified in the listing when relevant.

Listing Errors

TK Sports Cards reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to cancel and refund an order before fulfillment when a listing contains a material pricing, inventory, product-identification, or other obvious error.

Buyer Acknowledgment

By completing the purchase of a raw/ungraded trading card from TK Sports Cards, the buyer acknowledges that:

The card is being purchased raw and ungraded; card condition is subjective; the buyer has had the opportunity to review the listing photographs and description; raw cards may contain imperfections; no particular professional grade is promised or guaranteed; future card value is not guaranteed; and an unfavorable grading result alone does not establish that the card was misrepresented.
